Welcome to Carol Brown Wellness. These Terms of Service are designed to keep everything clear, fair, and enjoyable so you can fully relax into your treatments.
General Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Under 24 Hours:
If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 25% fee of the treatment price will apply.
No-Shows:
If you do not attend your appointment without contacting us, the full treatment fee may be charged before future appointments can be booked.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting other clients. The full treatment fee still applies.
Block Booking Conditions
All block bookings are pre-paid to secure your treatments and ensure your pampering experience.
Packages are personal and non-transferable, allowing you to enjoy your treatments consistently.
There’s no expiry on block bookings, but for the best results, try to book in at least once a month to keep the progress (and glow) going.
We recommend booking in advance to reserve your preferred dates and times.
Missed appointments or cancellations under 24 hours will be counted as a used treatment.
Block bookings cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
Any future price adjustments will not affect your pre-paid treatments, giving you peace of mind as you invest in your glow.
Gift Voucher Terms
Purchasing & Redemption:
Vouchers can be purchased online or in person.
Vouchers can be redeemed against any eligible treatment.
Please present your voucher (digital or printed) at your appointment.
Validity:
No expiry - ever (because deadlines are stressful!) But why wait, your glow isn’t going to boost itself!
Refunds & Transfers:
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers may be gifted but cannot be resold.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
Lost vouchers may only be replaced if proof of purchase can be verified.
Promotional Vouchers:
Promotional vouchers cannot be combined with other offers.
LED Membership – Simple & Flexible Glow
Our LED Membership is designed to make consistent skin and wellness support easy, affordable and part of your routine.
Here’s how it works:
Enjoy up to 10 LED sessions per month at an exclusive member price.
Your membership is personal to you, but you may gift up to 2 sessions each month to someone special.
Need more sessions? Members can book extras at a discounted rate of £25 per session (available only while your membership is active).
Memberships are billed monthly and run on a convenient rolling basis.
A few helpful things to note:
Sessions are allocated monthly and don’t roll over, so we encourage you to use them within the month.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be deducted as used sessions.
You may pause your membership for up to one month per year with written notice.
To cancel, simply give 30 days’ written notice.
This membership is all about supporting regular treatments, better results and that ongoing glow — without the need to think about booking one-off sessions each time.
